Organization

Our company is divided in the departments and teams with the design engineers and administration staff. Company is managed by the Board of Directors with the CEO and Vice-President that are in charge for the following departments:

1. Design departments:

•    Structural department,
•    Sanitary and HVAC department,
•    Electrical department,
•    Road department.

2. Project implementation departments:

•    Site Supervision Department,
•    General Contractor Department.

3. Other:

•    Accounting and Finance Department,
•    Quality Department,
•    Marketing Department,
•    IT,
•    Controlling,
•    HR ,
•    Administration,
•    Industrial Safety Department,
•    and secretarial staff (Board of Directors and Design teams).

Design departments work during the particular projects in the matrix structure, i.e. double affiliation to the design department, as well as to the design team with the Project Manager. Above mentioned structure was implemented to the company due to the wide experience that enables to manage the project, as well as deal with orders in a very efficient way.
