Subsidiary Companies

Since 2007 we are the majority owner of the company Projprzem Ukraina Sp. z o.o. (Limited Liability Company) that pursues design activity on the area of Ukraine. In accordance with the Ukrainian regulations the Company obtained a license for designing and obtaining permits and approvals in the state offices. The scope of activities of Projprzem Ukraina coincides with the scope of the parent company.

Projprzem Ukraina was registered in Kiev; that is also its registered office, while the main office is located in Lvov.

In the initial period the designs were executed for the requirements of residential buildings and the high-standard hotel.

We cooperate on the local level with numerous companies, and in particular with the local general contractor, who has the potential allowing for joint performance of large-scale projects.
